I’ve been doing therapy for a couple of months now. I cannot remember exactly when I started (need to look back at that).

When we first started, the therapist did a depression/anxiety scale that showed I had quite a bit of anxiety and significant depression. She’s repeated the scale twice since then, most recently this last week.

Both times have shown an improvement on my end. I am thankful for the steps forward I have made despite multiple setbacks (including bronchitis and tooth infections).

My one and only previous experience with counseling (back in the 90s) was not positive and it (among other things, like insurance issues) kept me from trying again for a long, long time.

I’m thankful that I took the steps to try again and pray that it continues to help me.
