Last week my goal was to exercise 3-5 days. I exercised five days (Monday-Friday) and took the weekend off (except for the physical therapy exercises).

This week, the movement goal is to exercise Monday-Friday again.

I have a personal goal to get back to working on my book. The working title is “Cancer was the monster under our bed”. I’m going to start myself off easy this week. My goal is to work on it for 10 minutes a day (Monday-Friday) This is actually a big challenge because this week is insanely busy. I’m going to work on researching what I need to do to self-publish the book.

My hope and dream for this book is that it helps other people as they go through the journey of cancer and losing a loved one. I also think it will be cathartic for me to put it all together. It will be hard, and it will be emotional. But hopefully it will also be healing.
