My goals for next week are:

  1. Exercise MWF morning (or three mornings during the week is also acceptable)
  2. Post in blog every day (I’m coming up on 90 days of posts)
  3. Go #outside23in23 for 3-5 mornings
  4. Do physical therapy exercises twice a day. I decided to take a break from Physical Therapy because I only have 8 sessions left this year that my insurance will pay for. Since then, full confession, I’ve been slacking on doing them at home. So by putting it on my goal list, I’m hoping to create some accountability for myself.
