This week’s goals were:
Exercise 3-5 days Monday-Friday (did 4 days)
Work on the book for 10 minutes a day Monday-Friday (all 5 days)
Post on blog each day (today is day 24 in a row).
My goals for next week are:
Exercise 3-5 days per week Monday-Friday
Continue working on the book 10 minutes a day Monday-Friday
Post on blog each day. Thursday next week will be day 30 in a row.
At the end of next week, I plan to add another goal to my list. This next week is super busy and I don’t want to add more to my plate.
