Last week, I set a goal for myself to get at least 7,000 steps a day on weekdays.
I am happy to report that I met my goal Monday-Thursday. However, by Thursday evening, my heels (especially the left one) were hurting really bad.
On Friday, I took it easy (and still got almost 6000 steps lol). I alternated between heat and ice on my feet over the weekend and upped my anti-inflammatory meds. This seems to have helped some, I am not in as much pain this morning.
This week, I am aiming for 7000 steps a day again, but also plan to play it by ear and adjust as needed if my heels flare up again.
