Week two of 2024 is done, can you believe it?

Here’s an update on my daily checklist:

Check blood sugar: 7/7 days

Writing: 5/7 days

Reading: 6/7 days

Devotional: 7/7 days

Water: 7/7 days

Fruit vegetables: 0/7: it’s not as bad as it sounds. There were several days that I got 3 out of 4 of my goal.

Blog: 5/7 days

Movement: 5/7 days
