Well, I don’t feel very motivating today lol, but here’s the Week 5 report.

Check blood sugar: 7/7 days

Write: 7/7 days

Read: 6/7 days

Devotional 7/7 days

Water: 6/7 days

Fruit/vegetables: 1/7 days

Blog: 5/7 days

Movement: 0/7 days. Being in Chicago this week, I expect I will get a lot of steps/movement in. Bad timing since my heels and hips have been hurting. Think it’s time for new shoes and inserts.
