Well here we are three weeks into this New Year! Here is how I did on my daily goals this past week:

Check blood sugar: 7/7 days

Writing: 5/7 days

Reading: 6/7 days

Devotional: 7/7 days

Water: 7/7 days

Fruits/vegetables: well…..0/7 days, but I am eating more than I was, so I’ll keep working on it.

Blog: 4/7 days

Movement: 2/7 days
