How much sleep do you typically get a night? “Experts” say that most adults should try to have between 7 and 9 hours a sleep per night.
My FitBit tracks my sleep and I pretty consistently get about 6 to 6.5 hours per night on weeknights. Sometimes a little more on weekends.
I kind of feel like I go through life chronically tired, especially when I have several nights in a row of not sleeping well.
