Well, last week was really rough. I did not meet my step goal any of the days. BUT I did exercise every morning, even though I was not feeling well most of the week! So I am at around 4 weeks of consistent morning exercise!
I also discovered that I had not been taking my prescription anti-inflammatory medication. Not sure how long, but at least a week. I guess when I filled up my pill caddy, I somehow missed it. Guess that could be why my heels were hurting again.
I am feeling better this week, so I am hopeful that I can meet my goal of 7000 steps a day this week.
