In July, I went to see the doctor about the pain I was still experiencing from the wreck. She sent me for some tests and also added a new medicine, Cymbalta. It has been so helpful, so in August when I went to see her, she added an evening dose.

My first comment was “I am terrible at remembering to take medicine in the evening”. Then I realized that I was being negative.

So I interrupted that thought and instead thought “What can I do to become someone who remembers to take my medicine in the evening?”

I ordered a new pill caddy with a spot for mornings and evenings. I filled it up this week and have remembered to take my medicine every evening.

I am getting better at catching those negative thoughts and working on changing them to positives.

And take a look at this thing, it’s a monstrosity compared to my old pill caddy lol.
