Just wanted to give a quick update on a couple of this week’s goals.

My goal to get in 6000 steps has been a no-go. For starters, I did not take into consideration how much time I spend in my car or at my desk lol. But also, my hips and lower back have been hurting really bad. So out of three days this week, I am at zero on that goal.

Also took yesterday off from working on the book. Was already an emotional mess and decided not to add to it. Today isn’t over yet, so hopefully I work on it today.
