This week, I am trying something different for my movement. I’m playing positive affirmations on my phone while I walk around the house. I either pair this with an activity (such as sweeping/mopping the floor), or I just walk around.

My sleep patterns are way off and I am struggling to get up at 4:30. I have had some nights where I am only sleeping 3-4 hours. This is a way I can get up and move around during the work day for a break 3-4 minute break and sometimes accomplish some other stuff with it.
