Today I’d like to hear from people who typically only cook for 1-2 people. I spent 25 years preparing meals for up to seven children a day, plus all the years preparing meals for my family of five, that I really struggle now with cooking for just myself.
The reality is that I have never enjoyed cooking that much and now that it’s usually just me, it’s hard to be motivated to do it at all.
So what are your suggestions for healthy meal prep for one or two people? How do you make it work?
