This was another memory that popped up on Facebook from one of our vacations. I had rented one of The Hobbit movies from a Redbox for us to watch. Tom loved The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings and I did not care for any of it (books or movies).
So I thought I was earning wife brownie points by renting the movie for us to watch. Funny thing was, I knew so little about any of it and I rented the second movie in the series, hahahaha.
Let’s just say that was hours of my life I can never get back, lol. But it was spent with Tom, and those moments (even the long, boring ones) are precious.
