This morning, I exercised for the 14th day in a row! This is the most consistent I have been with my movement since I had COVID last January!

It feels good to be getting back into a movement routine. Next I would like to start increasing my steps throughout the day.

Back before COVID, heel problems, etc. last year, I had pretty consistently been getting 10,000 steps a day on weekdays.

My goal this week is to get 7000 steps a day on weekdays. I’ve been averaging about 5000-6000 a day, so 7000 will be a challenge, but not an unreasonable one.

Let’s get this week started!
