My goal for the month of August is to exercise three mornings a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
I started this week and did it all three days. I am really proud of myself because it was a rough week.
I had a low blood sugar overnight Sunday and didn’t get much sleep, so it was hard to exercise Monday morning, but I did.
Then Wednesday was the morning I woke up with a migraine and the tooth hurting. I didn’t want to exercise and tried to excuse myself out of it, but did it anyway.
Yesterday after my meeting, I stayed overnight in OKC and exercised in my hotel room this morning before I came home.
First week of August was a success!
