Gretchen Rubin has what she calls the “Calendar of Catalysts”, a list of dates throughout the year that you can use to spark change in your life.

One of the dates is your birthday. With today being my 57th birthday, I’m going to use this as a catalyst for a change in my life.

In the last year (since my heels started acting up again last spring), I’ve fallen out of the habit of exercising regularly. So, my goal is to exercise 3-5 days per week. This is in addition to the physical therapy exercises I am already doing twice a day.
