You may have noticed that I haven’t posted as much the last couple of weeks and I’ve missed some days here and there.

Some things have come up at work that has made life absolutely insane (especially for the next few weeks).

Topping it off, my student load for my part-time adjunct job has also significantly increased and wow, I’ve felt a little (or a lot) overwhelmed lately!

So my exercise routine and my writing routine have suffered and I can definitely tell. When I am not moving my body consistently or taking the time to write, I tend to feel it in my mental health.

I really need to make those a priority and ensure that I keep up with doing both. I just feel better overall.
