Have to brag on myself a little!

Started out on July 31st with a goal of exercising three days a week throughout the month of August.

Last week was my third week and even with the bronchitis, I exercised three days last week! I feel pretty happy with myself lol.

I’m making plans for my September goal. I found a workout this morning by Caroline Jordan (the same one who does the 7 minute chair workout I’ve been doing). It’s a little longer and I think I will add it to my rotation in September. Beginner’s Chair Cardio Workout

Moving more has helped me manage my stress better and hopefully will help build my immune system. It seems like since the wreck in March that I have been sick so much. Two tooth infections and two rounds of bronchitis.
