My goals for the week of July 17th:

  1. Continue my second set of 30 day blog posts: I will be starting the third set of 30 day posts (that will end August 14th)
  2. Work on the book 3-5 mornings a week
  3. Exercise 3-5 mornings
  4. #Outside23in23: spend at least 23 minutes a day outside (at least 5 of 7 days Sunday-Saturday)
  5. Do a small task in the house each day.
  6. Read at least 10 minutes a day

Below is my update on this week’s goals:

Goal progress from week of July 10th:  

  1. Continue working on my second set of 30 days of blog posts-tomorrow will be day 60!
  2. Work on the book 3-5 mornings a week-didn’t get any days this week
  3. Exercise 3-5 mornings-did my physical therapy exercises twice a day but did not do any other exercises.
  4. Do a small task in the house each day. Did some things, but not every day.
  5. Resume the #Outside23in23 challenge (at least 5 days from Sunday-Saturday). Have done 4 days so far this week.
