This week, my goals were to:
Continue posting daily on the blog (made it to 30 days)
Exercise 3-5 days on weekdays (4 days as of Thursday morning)
Work on the book each weekday (4 days as of Thursday morning)
My goals for the week of June 19th are to continue on those goals.

Additionally, I am going to work on adding more steps each day. My starting goal for that is to get 6000 steps a day on weekdays. The caveat to that is if my heels/hip flare up and start hurting, I will give myself some grace.
