I knew March was going to be challenging because of the minefield of memories that come up this month. I even made a plan for dealing with it.
What I didn’t expect was losing my grandmother.
Or wrecking my car (still waiting to hear, but it’s probably totaled).
I’ve had that car for a little over two years. I bought it with life insurance money in January 2021. My old car had 240,000 miles on it, and I knew I needed something reliable to drive. So, I also had a rather emotional attachment to it. And it did not have a scratch on it. I had never had a car for two years that I hadn’t somehow at least scratched. PLUS I had just put four brand new tires on it on February 23rd!
Needless to say, I am in a lot of pain. Both physical and emotional. Would appreciate lots of prayers.

Lots of prayers for you, cousin! I heard about the wreck and knew it was bad. Didn’t realize just how bad until I saw the pictures though. Thankful you did not have worse injuries, because that looks like anyone in the backseat at least may not have been so lucky. Prayers for peace and recovery. Love you!

Yes! I was so thankful that the kids were not with me that day! I had just taken them home on Friday.
