Are you a morning person or a night owl? I am very much a morning person (most of the time). I am most energetic and motivated in the mornings.

If there is something I have to get done that day, it’s best if I tackle it first thing and get it done.

It’s why I wake up so early to exercise. I know if I don’t do it in the morning, the odds are it will not happen.

My weekday routine is to get up at 4:30, do my devotional, exercise, read for a little while, shower, and then grade for my adjunct job, and write.

“Experts” suggest going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, no matter what day of the week or even on holidays. I do NOT get up that early on the weekend unless I have to lol.

What is your morning routine like? What do you think of the going to bed/getting up at the same time advice?
