We have made it one week into the New Year! I thought I would give an update on how I did on my daily health goals for this first week:

Exercise: 5 of 7 days

Water: ;6 of 7 days

Fruits/Vegetables: 4 of 7 days

Checking blood sugar each morning: 7 of 7 days

Write: 6 of 7 days

Read: 7 of 7 days

Devotional and journal: 7 of 7 days

Blog: 5 of 7 days

So overall, not too bad for the week.
