Last Monday, I challenged myself to post on my blog every day over the next week and I met that challenge!

Today is the start of a new month and the start of the second half of this year. So today, I challenge myself to post on my blog everyday this month.

I challenge myself to complete my daily checklist each day this month. The daily tasks are to check my blood sugar daily (that one will be easy with the new monitor lol), read, do my daily devotional, drink water, eat fruits and vegetables each day, write on my blog, and to move my body.
