Good morning and happy Monday! Welcome to a new week!

Last week, I printed out my daily checklist for the first time in a few months. This helps me remain purposeful in my goals.

Check blood sugar: 7/7 days. This one is easy now with the continuous glucose monitor lol.

Write: 5/7 days

Devotional: 7/7 days

Water: 7/7 days

Fruit/Vegetable: I got at least one fruit and one vegetable per day this past week.

Blog: 5/7 days

Movement: 4/7 days
