I started Physical Therapy a few weeks ago (from my wreck in March).

After the first one, I was so surprised that I hurt worse AFTER than I did before, which everyone told me was normal. But I’ve been faithful in doing my exercises everyday (well most days. Did miss doing them the night we were stuck in the airport).

I’ve had three sessions so far and she’s added exercises every time. She always asks me if I’m doing okay and I give a thumbs up and say I’m fine. She told me this week that she was pretty sure if she told me to crawl across glass, I’d give her a thumbs up and tell her I’m fine. Hahahaha. I told her I might whine a little about that one lol.

It does seem to be helping. I’ve got appointments scheduled through early June and then we will evaluate to see where I am.
