Last week, the therapist gave me the homework to write down ten positive things about myself. She said this is different than the strengths exercise. So here are a few I came up with so far:
- Loving
- Determined
- Brave
- Loyal
- Kind (well…usually lol)
- Smart
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Empathetic
- Creative
After writing these down, I looked back at my strengths list and found some crossover (loving, smart, and kind).
