This week I have been working on reestablishing my exercise habit. I’ve exercised every morning this week. I’m going to take a break for Saturday/Sunday (other than my physical therapy exercises) and then my goal next week is to exercise Monday-Friday morning again.
I’ve also got back in the habit of getting up at 4:30 so I have plenty of time to do all my morning stuff (including writing). With the holiday weekend, I have already scheduled posts for Saturday and Sunday.
I am especially proud of myself for all of this because of the tooth/ear pain I’ve been experiencing all week, so it was extremely tempting to “excuse” myself out of it.
This is the exercise video I have been doing. It’s a 7 minute chair workout and it is intense!
