As I was cleaning out a folder last week from a conference I attended last spring. One of the sessions was about self-care (I shared the self-care checklist I found in the folder last week).

This Self-Care Wheel also has some great ideas on it. You can see it here.

It’s divided into six areas: physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, personal, and professional.

On the professional one, it has to take your lunch breaks (which is where I got the idea to actually start taking mine a couple of days per week).

Some of the other ones that caught my attention on the wheel: put down your phone (a really hard one for me!), learn who you are, set boundaries, and practice asking for and receiving help.
