There have been way too many of these nights in my sleep patterns lately. Yes, I’ve tried melatonin. Yes, I’ve tried OTC sleep aids (made me dizzy and groggy the next day and I ended up falling down the stairs). After that experience, I am not really comfortable with trying any prescription aids.
The sleep issues have escalated since the wreck a few weeks ago. Part of it is from having trouble getting comfortable, but some of it is also bad dreams and nightmares.
If you see me walking around like a zombie, you’ll know why lol. Let’s hope this improves soon.
