I mentioned a few weeks ago that I was having problems with a tooth. At my dentist appointment, I learned the tooth was cracked and I would need to visit an oral surgeon to have it removed.
It took three weeks to get into the oral surgeon for a consultation. I saw him last Monday, June 19th. They set me up to have the tooth removed on July 21st, but put me on a cancellation list to do it sooner if they had a cancellation.
They called late Thursday afternoon last week and had a cancellation for Friday afternoon. So, I got the tooth extracted Friday afternoon. Let me tell you, it has been rough! The entire procedure was brutal and much harder than last year when I had a tooth extracted and the pain has been intense.
I didn’t leave my house all weekend; and barely left my couch or my bed. Here’s hoping it heals well and soon.
