With tomorrow being the first day of February, I am planning my goals for the month. My word for this year is purposeful and I am striving to be purposeful in all things.

With that in mind, here is my list for February and my health/wellness goals:

Check blood sugar each morning (and record in FitBit)

Write everyday (journal, blog, work on poetry book, etc. Just WRITE!!!)

Read everyday (audio book, fiction, non-fiction. It all counts, except for mindlessly scrolling social media feeds and reading random crap lol)

Devotional/journal everyday

Drink at least 64 oz of water per day

This month, I am going to plan on eating at least one serving of fruit and one serving of vegetables a day and then build on that.

Blog each day

Movement: exercise Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Remember that movement can happen anytime throughout the day. It does not have to be first thing in the morning. The most important thing is to remember to move!
