One of my goals this year is to increase my fruit and vegetable intake. To do that, I need to have these items on hand. So when we got groceries recently, I stocked up big time on frozen vegetables for us. I tend to do best with frozen vegetables since fresh ones tend to go bad so quickly.

Which leads me to my next issue. I have the same struggle with fruit. I prefer fresh fruit, but can usually not get through it before it goes bad. Canned or frozen is just not the same. Any suggestions or ideas you have to offer would be greatly appreciated.
