With the tooth issue, I haven’t felt well the last couple of weeks and my movement plan derailed a bit.
So with November 1st here, it’s time to get back on track. I started yesterday by getting up and doing my chair workout. My goal this week is to do it four days (Tuesday-Friday). The rest of the month, I will strive to do it four days a week (usually Monday-Thursday).
I think it’s important to be open about my struggles and my derailments. Life is a journey and it’s okay to start over.
